Deep Mala Wins Miss Nepal Hong Kong International 2026
Deepmala Kharel Dhakal has been crowned Miss Nepal Hong Kong International 2026, becoming the first-ever winner of the newly launched international pageant.
The grand coronation ceremony was held on Thursday at the Eaton Hotel in Hong Kong, where Miss Nepal World 2024 Ashma Kumari KC placed the crown on Deepmala’s head. The event was organized in collaboration with Miss Nepal The Hidden Treasure, with support from the Nepali Federation Hong Kong, NRNA, and Finale.
The pageant featured Kajal Naina as the Crown Partner, Collabco.io as the Marketing Partner, and Glam with Deepa as the Beauty Partner. According to the organizers, the competition was conducted with a strong emphasis on dignity, credibility, and fairness.
With this title, Deepmala has secured the opportunity to compete in the Miss Nepal 2026 pageant.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Deepmala completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Hong Kong, specializing in finance. She is currently associated with the global investment management firm BlackRock.
Deepmala is a 2024 HKSAR Diversity List Award winner and a United Nations Millennium Fellow. Fluent in five languages, she has also won three championship titles in various competitions. In addition, she serves as a Goodwill Brand Ambassador for a cancer hospital.
